A little more about me. . .

Favorite drink

A chocolate tea latte (my current obsession!)

Favorite food

Pizza! (or anything with a lot of spice and garlic) And, of course, chocolate (bonus points if there's a little sea salt sprinkled in there too)!

Favorite ways to move

Snowboarding in the BC mountains,  a walk in the woods, or a yoga session.

Happy place

There's a lot but Tofino BC is pretty incredible (playing on the beach, watching the waves and eating tacos!)

Perfect night in

snuggling with my boys with a big bowl of popcorn

Team Cat or Dog

I love ALL animals, but wrinkly dogs are my weakness

Favorite Season

Fall! The colors, warm comfort foods, getting to pull my sweaters out of the closet again, and the overall cozy feeling is unbeatable!

I'm so happy you're here!

I'm a chocoholic, tea-obsessed, self-care-loving mom of two who has a thing for collecting too many houseplants and notebooks.

I’m a wellness coach, registered holistic nutritionist, and massage practitioner.

I guide women through holistic care and nutrition support, with a focus on stress, anxiety, and sleep, and overall helping lovely humans find balance, joy, and connection (body, mind, and soul).

I’m also a recovering anxious flyer.

I don’t mean I used to get a little nervous when there’s turbulence, I mean a full-on anxiety (bordering on panic) whenever I would even think about stepping onto a plane.

As I have gotten older, I realized that if I wanted to be able to travel with my family and visit relatives in faraway places, then flying would have to be a part of my life. I’ve also been one of those lucky people who was born with a deep desire to travel, coupled with a huge fear of actually flying to get there.

I wanted to be able to hop on a plane alone, or with my kids, without needing another adult to babysit me.

I also wanted to not have to stress for weeks leading up to my flight, and maybe even get to a place where I actually enjoyed flying (something I never thought I’d be able to do)!

I've worked with counselors and therapists, listened to podcasts, tried somatic exercises, read books, done hypnotherapy, leaned into my holistic nutrition education, meditated, and poured myself into self-care and inner work, and I'm so excited to share with you all the best things I've learned in this condensed guide.

So come and welcome to the next chapter of life, and start enjoying not only your trips away, but the journey it takes to get there!
