Not at all. Whether you feel a little uneasy in the air or experience stronger anxiety, you’ll find simple tools and mindset shifts to help you feel more grounded and supported throughout your trip.

I just purchased but I still haven't received it. What do I do?

Oh no! I'm so sorry that happened. Your link should be in your email within a few minutes of your purchase. If you haven't received it, that usually means one of 3 things.  The first, and most common, is that the email typed in for the purchase had a little typo (so it went to a different email), or it's hanging out in a junk inbox, or lastly, it's just the computer gods having a bad day and never sent it out (we'll never know). Regardless of what happened, just send a message and you'll be resent your files so you can start looking forward to your journeys right away!
